With an executive team that has extensive experience in all facets of operations, finance and development, The Hollinger Group is poised to prosper in the senior care industry. Collectively, management has more than 100 years experience in managing, developing and acquiring specialty healthcare and senior care assets. They have successfully developed and operated independent and assisted living facilities and skilled nursing centers, as well as acute medical rehabilitation hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, and outpatient rehab facilities. Management has successfully developed and operated senior care and healthcare assets in excess of $3 billion.
Brad Hollinger, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Brad has more than 22 years of senior executive experience in all phases of senior housing and heathcare. Prior to founding The Hollinger Group, he founded and took public Balanced Care Coporation, a senior care company that developed, acquired and operated 87 facilities in 11 states. Brad also served as a senior executive of Continental Medical Systems, a $1 billion plus NYSE medical rehabilitation hospital company, and as CEO of its $400 million plus contract therapy division. In addition to THG, Brad founded and is the CEO of Vibra Healthcare, a $200 million LTAC company.
Michael Beaver, President
Mike is responsible for growing The Hollinger Group’s portfolio and the overall performance of the company. He has more than 17 years of experience in the senior housing and healthcare industries. Prior to joining The Hollinger Group, he was Vice President of Regional Operations for Generations Management Services and Vice President of Operations for Balanced Care Corporation.
Paul Kovacs, PhD, Chief Operation Officer
Paul is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a number of the facilities that The Hollinger Group owns and manages. In addition to holding a PhD in healthcare administration with an emphasis in senior care services, he has more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Paul has operated JCAHO accredited facilities, gained experience in sub-acute nursing care, and is licensed as a nursing home administrator in several eastern states, including Pennsylvania.
David Hauck, Cheif Financial Officer
Dave is a licensed CPA and has worked as an auditor for KPMG. Prior to joining The Hollinger Group, he served as both controller and field financial support director for various senior care organizations. Dave worked as a commercial loan officer before entering the senior care industry.
Diane Anderson, Vice President, Clinical Services
Diane is a licensed registered nurse who has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare industry. She is responsible for the clinical operations and development of programs for The Hollinger Group. Prior to joining the company, she served Balanced Care Corporation as regional director of operations, director of healthcare services, director of assisted living operations and personal care home administrator.
Edwin Brennan, Director of Human Resources
Ed is responsible for The Hollinger Group’s Human Resources function. His responsibilities include employee relations, employee retention, HR audits, training and group health and workers compensation insurance oversight and review. He has more than 15 years of human resources experience in different health environments, including acute and long-term care.
Cindy Miller, Director of Marketing
Cindy brings a strong background in marketing for the senior housing industry to this role. She started her career as an activities director and later went on to oversee the regional sales and marketing operations of a large assisted living company before joining The Hollinger Group.
